Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day (Mon- Fri) using Royal Mail 48 service (2-3 day delivery schedule after the day of dispatch.)
Overseas orders will be sent using various courier service. (5-15 days depending on the countries)

We take hygiene seriously, any signs of Wardrobing and we reserve the right to withhold refunds and we will send the item back to you. We are happy to receive genuine returns where the wig is unused, the wigs must be returned in their original condition and adhere to the following criteria.
Original tag attached.
No perfume, food, or smoke odours.
Not being cut, brushed, restyled, washed or any other conditions opposing to 'unused'

Post the item to the return address.
